Transforming Revenue Teams with Autonomous Agents
B2B revenue teams are under growing pressure from rising customer expectations, fragmented tooling, and relentless administrative overhead. Despite modern sales stacks, sellers spend less than one-third of their week actually selling, with the rest consumed by CRM hygiene, call notes, follow-ups, and reporting.
At Chimin, we set out to redesign this reality. The goal was not to add another sales tool, but to introduce autonomous AI agents that could operate as trusted teammates—handling repetitive work, reasoning across messy data, and supporting sellers and leaders at the right moment.
As Lead Product Designer, I led the experience design for Chimin’s AgentOS, shaping how non-technical revenue teams create, trust, and collaborate with AI agents in their daily workflows.
Most sales automation today is brittle and shallow.
Rules-based workflows can move data, but they don’t understand context. AI copilots can generate text, but they lack agency, memory, and accountability. The result is a fragmented experience where humans are still responsible for stitching together insights, validating outcomes, and correcting automation.
The core design challenge was:
How might we enable revenue teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents—without sacrificing trust, control, or data integrity?
This problem went beyond UI. It required designing:

Early in the project, I worked closely with Product and Engineering to define an AgentOS model that balanced autonomy with human oversight. This system-level understanding informed every UX decision that followed.
